Real coaching, clear boundaries.
Here’s what this is: brainstorming, structural feedback, honest editing, and application strategy. Here’s what it isn’t: writing your essay for you. Every word stays yours. That’s an ethical line I won’t cross, and admissions officers can tell when someone has.
I keep the roster small on purpose, so whichever option you choose, you get my actual attention — not a queue.

Not sure which fits? Most families start with a free intro call and we figure it out together — there’s no obligation, and I’ll tell you honestly if I’m not the right person for what you need.
Which option is right for you?
A quick way to narrow it down before we even talk.

What it’s actually like to work together
No mystery about the format. Here's how the weeks between “hello” and “submitted” tend to run.
We meet over video
Live working sessions where we brainstorm, talk through drafts, and make decisions together. You leave each call knowing exactly what to do next.
You write; I respond in the margins
Between calls, you draft and I leave detailed comments in your document — specific, actionable, and honest about what's working and what isn't.
We iterate until it's yours
Structure first, then voice, then line edits. We don't polish sentences that are going to get cut — we get the bones right first.
We plan around your deadlines
Most families settle into a call every week or two, with async feedback in between. We set the pace to your list and your calendar.
Extra support, if you need it
Optional pieces that can layer onto any package. We only add what actually helps.
Extra supplement round
Add a school to your list late? We can layer in additional supplement support without restarting.
Interview preparation
[PLACEHOLDER: confirm if offered.] A focused session on telling your story out loud, not just on the page.
Activities & Additional Info
The activities list and additional-information section are quietly high-leverage. We can sharpen those too.
A word on ethics
I don’t write essays, invent experiences, or exaggerate your record. Everything we produce is yours, in your voice, based on things that actually happened. That’s not just principle — it’s what makes an application believable, and it protects you if any part of it is ever questioned.
If you’re looking for someone to do the writing for you, I’m genuinely not the right coach — and I’ll say so kindly on the intro call.
Things families usually ask
If your question isn't here, ask it on the intro call — that's what it's for.
The summer before senior year is ideal — we have room to brainstorm properly before the fall crunch. That said, I take on students well into the fall. If you're reading this in October, it's not too late; we'll just move faster.
